2005年12月30日,南通市中级人民法院对俞丽君诉罗蒂安针织服装有限公司(以下简称罗蒂安公司)除名纠纷一案作出了终审判决,驳回罗蒂安公司的上诉,维持一审法院撤销该公,司对俞丽君的《除名通知》;因俞丽君不愿再与公司建立劳动关系,由公司补偿俞丽君解除劳动关系的经济补偿和赔偿金计人民币1.5万余元。至此,这起因企业无端除名病休员工而引发的劳动争议案件,经过一裁两审终于尘埃落定。
