本文介绍了一种用于压水堆动力装置的间接操作式高温高压电磁阀的开发过程。这是国 内对这种电磁阀的首次开发。整个开发过程可分为“研究设计”和“改进完善”两个阶段。在前一阶段,主要解决了“原理性结构设计”、“结构要素的确定”、“阀门密封设计”和“电磁铁设计计算”这几个方面的问题,完成了基本上成功的阀门设计。在后一阶段、针对前一阶段的产品在一个时期的使用中所暴露的阀门密封性能较差的问题,对此阀进行了改进,取得了满意结果。此项开发的成功,不仅满足了工程项目的使用需要,也积累了宝贵经验,这些经验对于设计其它类似的阀门也是有用的。
This article describes the development of an indirectly operated high temperature and high pressure solenoid valve for PWR power plant. This is the first domestic development of this solenoid valve. The entire development process can be divided into “research and design” and “improve and perfect” two stages. In the previous stage, the problems of “basic structural design”, “determination of structural elements”, “valve seal design” and “electromagnet design and calculation” were mainly solved and the basically successful valve design was completed. In the latter stage, the valves were improved and satisfactory results were obtained in view of the poor valve sealing performance exposed by the products of the previous stage over a period of use. The success of this development not only meets the needs of the use of the project, but also accumulated valuable experience, which is also useful for the design of other similar valves.
