目的:通过开展全程结对责任制护理,提高患者、医生、护士满意度.方法:比较实施全程结对责任制护理模式前(2015年3月—2016年3月)及实施后(2016年3月—2017年3月)的患者、医生、护士三方满意度情况.结果:病区顺利推行结对责任制护理,为患者提供全程优质的护理服务,无一例护患纠纷发生,患者满意度97.23％,护士满意度97.68％,医生满意度为98.89％.结论:实施全程结对责任制护理模式,有利于提高护理质量和患者、医生、护士满意度.
