应用气泡流量計測定了麻醉猫的周围动脉血流动力和血压(BP)。脑、腎与后肢血流量(CBF,RBF,LBF)分別为130±65,173±71与3.7±1.6毫升/分/100克。脑、腎及后肢血管阻力(CVR,RVR,LVR)分別为1.0±0.4,0.8±0.4及40±15毫米汞柱/毫升/分/100克。 靜脉注射馬氏藜芦硷10—40微克/公斤,BP下降,CBF及RBF減少,血流減少开始显著,5分鉀后慢慢恢复。BP下降时,CVR及RVR降低,可維持10—30分钟。动脉注射3微克/公斤,CBF及KBF減少,CVR及RVR上升,1分钟即趋原水平。由此,可以认为馬氏藜芦硷的降压机制中,脑和腎血管舒张起一定的作用,該药对脑和腎循环的影响是短暫的、可恢复的。 馬氏藜芦硷10—20微克/公斤,可使LBF減少,LVR增加,証明系由于肌肉攣縮所致。
The arterial blood flow and blood pressure (BP) of anesthetized cats were measured by bubble flowmeter. Brain, kidney and hind limb blood flow (CBF, RBF, LBF) were 130 ± 65, 173 ± 71 and 3.7 ± 1.6 ml / min / 100 g, respectively. Vascular resistance (CVR, RVR, LVR) of brain, kidney and hind limbs were 1.0 ± 0.4, 0.8 ± 0.4 and 40 ± 15 mmHg / ml / min / 100 g, respectively. Intravenous Matrine 10-40 μg / kg, BP decreased, CBF and RBF decreased, blood flow began to significantly reduce, 5 minutes after the recovery of potassium slowly. When BP falls, CVR and RVR decrease and can last 10-30 minutes. Arterial injection of 3 micrograms / kg, CBF and KBF decreased, CVR and RVR increased, 1 minute trend of the original level. Thus, in the antihypertensive mechanism of verapamil, brain and renal vasodilation can be considered to have a certain effect. The drug has a transient and regressive effect on the brain and renal circulation. Matrine 10-20 micrograms / kg, can reduce LBF, LVR increased, the Department proved that due to muscle contracture.
