火炮膛压测试系统的动态校准是保证测试系统测试精度的重要手段,而动态校准装置本体的强度是确定其校准压力范围的关键部件,论文利用弹塑性力学对动态校准装置本体的强度从理论上进行了分析计算,同时利用有限元软件ANSYS进行了应力分析,分析结果表明动态校准装置的本体最大能够承受800 MPa的压力,这样动态校准的装置的校准压力范围就可达到0~800 MPa,最后通过实验进行了验证,结果表明强度符合设计要求。
The dynamic calibration of the gun chamber pressure test system is an important means to ensure the test system test accuracy. The strength of the dynamic calibration device body is the key component to determine the calibration pressure range. The paper uses the elasto-plasticity theory to dynamically calibrate the body of the dynamic calibration device theoretically The results of the analysis show that the main body of the dynamic calibration device can bear a maximum pressure of 800 MPa, and the calibration pressure range of the dynamic calibration device can reach 0 ~ 800 MPa. Finally, Verified by experiment, the results show that the strength meets the design requirements.
