目的 :研究单纯性肥胖儿童脉搏图的变化及其机理。方法 :用 XG-E2 型血液循环测试仪描记 3 2例单纯性肥胖儿童 (肥胖组 )和 3 2例正常儿童 (正常组 )桡动脉脉搏图及三种血流动力学数据。结果 :肥胖组与正常组脉搏波形构成不一致( χ2 =11.89,P <0 .0 5 ) ,其中肥胖组波形以平波、弦波居多 (占 40 .6%和 3 4 .4% ) ,正常组波形以平波居多 (占 68.8% ) ,肥胖组心脏指数 ( CI)、平均动脉压 ( MAP)、总外周阻力 ( TPR)均高于正常组 ,差别有显著性。结论 :肥胖组脉搏波形以弦波居多 ( 3 4 .4% )与 CI,MAP,TPR升高有关。
Objective: To study the change of pulse pattern and its mechanism in simple obesity children. Methods: Radial artery pulse chart and three kinds of hemodynamic data of 32 simple obese children (obesity group) and 32 normal children (normal group) were recorded by XG-E2 blood circulation tester. Results: The pulse waveform of obesity group was not consistent with that of normal group (χ2 = 11.89, P <0.05), of which obesity group was mostly flat wave and sine wave (40.6% and 34.4%), normal Group waveforms were mostly flat wave (68.8%), obesity group cardiac index (CI), mean arterial pressure (MAP), total peripheral resistance (TPR) were higher than the normal group, the difference was significant. Conclusion: The pulse waveform of obesity group was mostly sinusoidal (34.4%), which was related to the increase of CI, MAP and TPR.
