通过探讨植物生长调节剂对试管苗增殖、壮苗及生根的影响,建立了4种贵州樱桃的离体繁殖技术.结果表明:供试材料以MS+1.5-2.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L IBA增殖效果良好,添加1.0mg/L GA能明显促进增殖;添加0.5mg/L GA利于壮苗;NAA最适合供试材料组培苗生根,沿河樱桃和凯里樱桃生根培养基为1/2MS+1.0mg/L NAA,赫章樱桃和红水樱桃为1/2 MS+1.0mg/L NAA+0.5mg/L GA.
In order to explore the effects of plant growth regulators on proliferation, seedling growth and rooting of four plantlets, the in vitro propagation techniques of four kinds of Guizhou cherry were established.The results showed that the test materials were MS + 1.5-2.0mg / L 6-BA + 0.5 mg / L IBA. Proliferation was obviously promoted by 1.0 mg / L GA addition; 0.5 mg / L GA was better for strong seedlings; NAA was most suitable for rooting of tissue culture seedlings, rooting culture of Cynanchum bicolor and Carey cherry 1 / 2MS + 1.0mg / L NAA, Hezhang cherry and red cherry were 1/2 MS + 1.0 mg / L NAA + 0.5 mg / L GA.
