以籼稻窄叶青8号(ZYQ8)与粳稻京系17(JX17)为亲本的DH群体为材料,考察叶片保绿相关性状,并利用该群体的分子连锁图谱进行QTL分析。共检测到7个与水稻叶片保绿有关的QTL,包括与黑暗下保绿面积相关的3个QTL,位于第16、和8染色体上,贡献率分别为11.07%、10.31%和11.21%;与黑暗下保绿程度相关的2个QTL,位于第1和12染色体上,贡献率分别为11.51%和9.54%;与暗处理条件下和正常条件下叶绿素含量相关的QTL各1个,分别位于第1和8染色体上,贡献率分别为11.67%和13.27%。前5个QTL为首次报道,后2个QTL对水稻叶绿素含量的遗传起重要作用。
The DH population of ZYQ8 (japonica indica hybrid rice ZYQ8) and Japonica Jingxian 17 (JX17) were used as materials to investigate the green-leaf-related traits of leaves and the QTL analysis of the molecular linkage map of this population. Seven QTLs related to greening of rice leaves were detected, including three QTLs associated with dark green area, located on chromosomes 16 and 8, with the contribution rates of 11.07%, 10.31% and 11.21%, respectively Two QTLs related to chlorophyll content in darkness were located on chromosomes 1 and 12, with the contribution rates of 11.51% and 9.54%, respectively. One QTL associated with chlorophyll content under dark and one normal condition was located in the 1 and 8 chromosomes, the contribution rates were 11.67% and 13.27% respectively. The first five QTLs were first reported and the latter two QTLs played an important role in the inheritance of chlorophyll content in rice.
