21世纪将是联合国(HAO)和世界卫生组织(WHO)向世界各国推荐营养保健食品新结构倡议时期,食用菌作为植物高蛋白被列为其中主要保健食品。然而世界各国随着生活水准不断提高,对食用菌消费品种也在不断变化,喜新厌旧趋求高档化、新鲜化,吻合口味的珍稀名贵食用菌,将成为席上热销货。因此,我们要加速珍稀名贵食用菌开发推广的力度,尽早出产品满足国内外市场需求。
The 21st century will be the period when the United Nations (HAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO) recommend to all countries in the world the new structure of nutrition and health food products. Edible fungi, as plant high protein, are listed as one of the main health food products. However, with the continuous improvement of living standards in various countries in the world, consumption varieties of edible mushrooms are also constantly changing, hi new tired of looking for high-grade, fresh, consistent with the taste of rare and valuable edible mushrooms, will become hot seats. Therefore, we must accelerate the development and promotion of rare and valuable edible fungi, as soon as possible products to meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets.
