本文提出了设计和制造轴向圆弧滚刀的一种方法。文章中的计算涉及到以下几个方面:确定滚刀的成形表面和切削刃;铲磨滚刀齿时所用的锥形、盘形或铅笔形砂轮的廓形;为提高滚刀的重磨精度而采用的最佳砂轮安装角;以及如何确定重磨后滚刀的刃形与所需要的刃形之间的偏差。把以上的计算编成程序,运用这些程序就可以得出滚刀的升角以及用于铲磨的盘形砂轮的直径对于砂轮安装的最佳角的影响。结论:当砂轮采用最佳角安装时,滚刀的重磨精度有了很大提高。
This paper presents a method of designing and manufacturing axial arc hobs. The calculation in the article involves the following aspects: Determining the shaping surface and the cutting edge of the hob; Contouring of the conical, disc-shaped or pencil-shaped grinding wheel used to grind hob teeth; And the best wheel mounting angle to be used; and how to determine the difference between the hob shape and the desired blade shape after regrinding. The above calculations are compiled into programs that can be used to determine the effect of the hob angle and the diameter of the disc for shoveling on the optimum angle of the wheel installation. Conclusion: When the grinding wheel with the best angle installation, hob re-grinding accuracy has been greatly improved.
