一九五四年十月三日,东北国营农场管理局在通北农场举办了修理厂主修技工训练班,参加学习的有该局直属机场修理厂主修技工,和其它单位的修理工人共五十八人,由十月三日起至十一月五日止,共学习了一个月零三天。学习内容以柴油机的修理为主,采取理论讲授和实习相结合的方式,并大修一台德一54拖拉机示范。学习中交流了各场的修理经验和讨论了一些技术上的疑难问题。经教员组的研究,决定推广通北农场恢复马力的经验(已于本刊本年7期发表), 和九三农场的镟瓦经验。兹根据个人的体会,将各场所交流的主要经验
On October 3, 1954, the Northeastern State Farm Authority held a training course for mechanics in repair shops at Tong Bei Farm. Participants in the training were those majoring in mechanics at the airport repair shop directly affiliated to the Bureau and those repairing workers in other units Fifty-eight people, from October 3 to November 5, have studied for a total of one month and three days. The main content of the study is the repair of diesel engines, taking a combination of theoretical teaching and practical training, and overhauling a German-54 tractor demonstration. During the study, I exchanged experiences in various fields and discussed some technical problems. After the study of the instructor group, it was decided to promote the experience of recovering horsepower in the Tongbei Farm (published in Issue 7 of this issue) and the experience of the farm in 1993.
