负温下混凝土施工时,常须掺加防冻早强减水剂,从而保证混凝土的质量。负温外加剂中应包含防冻成分、早强成分、减水或引气成分。本文就这些成分所发挥的作用进行了分析。并根据一些基本原理对防冻剂、早强剂及减水剂的作用等机理问题作了讨论及介绍。本文对常用的复合负温外加剂的组成及掺量也作了介绍。此外,本文还介绍了苏联对掺负温外加剂混凝土强度的要求,并阐述了负温混凝土施工中的注意事项。
In the construction of concrete under negative temperature, it is necessary to add anti-freezing and early strength water reducer to ensure the quality of concrete. Negative temperature additives should include antifreeze ingredients, early strong ingredients, reduced water or air-entraining ingredients. This article analyzes the role of these components. Based on some basic principles, the mechanism of antifreeze, early strength agent and water reducer were discussed and introduced. In this paper, the composition and dosage of commonly used compound negative temperature additives are also introduced. In addition, this article also introduced the Soviet Union’s requirements for the strength of concrete mixed with negative temperature additives, and elaborated the considerations in the construction of negative temperature concrete.
