目的了解苏州市托幼机构卫生保健状况,提高卫生保健合格率。方法根据江苏省卫生厅教育厅制定的《江苏省托儿所、幼儿园卫生保健管理办法实施细则》和《江苏省托幼机构卫生保健标准》,对全市625所托幼机构进行了调查。结果全市托幼机构卫生保健合格率68.32%(包括未注册)。有卫生保健合格证明园所(以下简称“有证”园所)的各类人员合理配备、保健设施明显好于无卫生保健合格证明园所(以下简称“无证”园所);“有证”园所卫生保健制度的落实,如健康防病、膳食营养、食品安全、消毒隔离、安全防护等明显好于“无证”园所。“有证”园所儿童常见病患病率28.70%,“无证”园所常见病患病率47.60%,χ2=2 673.37,P<0.005,差异有统计学意义。但“有证”园所的肥胖儿童明显高于“无证”园所。结论苏州市托幼机构卫生保健状况总体较好,但也存在一些问题,尤其是“无证”园所问题较为突出。今后工作重点是加强对私立园所卫生保健工作的指导、管理和监督。
Objective To understand the status of health care in kindergartens and nurses in Suzhou and improve the passing rate of health care. Methods According to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Health Care Management Methods of Nurseries and Kindergartens in Jiangsu Province and the Standards of Health Care for Nursing and Child Care Centers in Jiangsu Province, a survey was conducted on 625 nurseries and nurses in the city. Results The health care rate of kindergartens in the city was 68.32% (including unregistered). Health care certification of the park (hereinafter referred to as “certified”) all kinds of personnel reasonable allocation of health facilities were significantly better than no health certificate of conformity park (hereinafter referred to as “undocumented” park); “certificate ”Park health care system implementation, such as health prevention and disease prevention, dietary nutrition, food safety, disinfection and isolation, safety and protection is significantly better than the“ undocumented ”garden. The prevalence rate of common disease in children with “certificate” was 28.70%. The prevalence rate of common disease in “no certificate” park was 47.60%, χ2 = 2 673.37, P <0.005, the difference was statistically significant. However, obese children in the “certified” garden were significantly higher than “undocumented” garden. Conclusion The status of health care in kindergartens and nurses in Suzhou City is generally good, but there are also some problems, especially the problems of “non-licensed” parks. Future work will focus on stepping up the guidance, management and supervision of health care in private parks.
