高职院校技术运行系统及其创新发展

围绕技术开展的技术传授、技术应用及技术创新等教育教学活动构成了高职院校的技术运行系统。政府主导模式的技术运行系统将高职院校定位为技术传授主体、技术应用与创新客体,容易造成高职院校教学中的技术与企业生产应用的技术出现差距。目前,形成“三螺旋”模式的技术运行系统的条件已经成熟。“三螺旋”模式的技术运行系统不仅将高职院校定位为技术传授主体,也定位为技术应用与创新主体,甚至可以应用技术孵化企业,实现高职院校教学的技术与企业生产应用的技术同频共振。在实施路径上,高职院校应突出技术运行系统的实践性,具体措施包括:校企共建三层次递进式实践教学体系,构建“政企校”技术创新体系,创建技术型企业孵化平台。 Around the technology to carry out the technology transfer, technology applications and technological innovation education and teaching activities constitute the technical operation system of higher vocational colleges.
