After the advent of the EGG-1A electrogastrogram in China, many studies have been conducted on the gastric electrophysiological activities of gastric ulcers, gastritis, and gastric cancer, and some rules have been summarized. However, there are no studies on animal models. This article aims to create rat experimental gastric ulcer and acute gastric mucosal injury model, observe the changes of electrogastrogram. 1 Experimental methods and results 1.1 Gastric electrical changes during the formation of reserpine-induced gastric ulcer in rats Eighteen rats were randomly selected, weighing 193-278 g. After 24 hours of hunger (sweet water), they were randomly divided into two groups, 9 in each group, and one group of intraperitoneal injections.
