本文报道了Tb-吡哌酸生成络合物后,在紫外光照射下发生分子内能量传递使Tb产生特征荧光,其荧光强度与吡哌酸的浓度成线性关系,由此建立了一种灵敏、快速的分析吡哌酸的方法。此方法具有背景干扰小,选择性高和体系中铽的荧光寿命长等特点。尤其适用于血清、尿样等体液分析,回收率在94.6%~102%。该方法检出限为3.6ng/mL。其线性范围是5.0×10-8~4.0×10-6mol/L。
