本文测定了27例正常白蛋白尿、12例早期糖尿病肾病和12例临床糖尿病肾病的NIDDM患者的肾血流动力学及肾脏体积,结果表明在NIDDM正常白蛋白尿组病程早期GFR及肾脏体积均明显高于对照组,临床糖尿病肾病组GFR、ERPF明显下降,早期糖尿病肾病组GFR、ERPF与对照组无差异,但肾脏体积明显高于对照组。同时本文亦测定了尿白蛋白、IgG、NAG、THP排泄率及CCr在糖尿病肾病各期的变化并探讨其各指标在反映糖尿病肾损伤的临床意义。
In this study, 27 patients with normal albuminuria, 12 cases of early diabetic nephropathy and 12 cases of diabetic nephropathy in patients with NIDDM renal hemodynamics and renal volume, the results showed that in the NIDDM normal albumin group early GFR and renal volume GFR and ERPF in clinical diabetic nephropathy group were significantly lower than those in control group. GFR and ERPF in early diabetic nephropathy group were not significantly different from those in control group, but renal volume was significantly higher than that in control group. At the same time, this article also measured the urinary albumin, IgG, NAG, THP excretion rate and CCr in diabetic nephropathy at various stages and explore the various indicators of diabetic nephropathy in clinical significance.
