本文介绍了共晶铝活塞材料加磷变质方法及变质剂加入量的确定。通过钠盐变质和加磷变质两种方法的对比,指出活塞用ZL108合金加磷变质后,将原为钠盐变质的亚共晶组织改变为过共晶型组织,提高了合金的常温和高温强度,有利于获得组织致密的合格铸件。其耐磨性也得到很大提高,膨胀系数又有所降低,有利于提高活塞的使用寿命。适当提高合金的含Cu量能有效地提高材料的室温和高温强度。当Cu、Mn含量适当配合一起提高时,其共晶硅的形态有所改善,常温强度只稍有降低,而高温强度却有较大的提高潜力。
