氧化应激与慢性肾功能不全(CRF)的一系列并发症如高血压、动脉粥样硬化、贫血、炎症、衰老等的发生有着密切关系。近年来的研究已明确氨基酸、肽类及蛋白质极易遭受各种自由基及相关氧化剂的攻击。血浆蛋白遭受自由基攻击后,发生氧化修饰而生成-高级氧化蛋白产物(AOPPs,AdvancedOxidativeProteinProducts),因其可作为一个敏感的评定氧化应激的指标而日益引起人们的关注。一系列的研究都显示,AOPPs在慢性肾功能衰竭时明显升高,其不仅是反应氧化应激的新指标,同时也是一种新型的尿毒症毒素。
Oxidative stress is closely related to a series of complications of chronic renal insufficiency (CRF) such as hypertension, atherosclerosis, anemia, inflammation, aging and so on. Recent studies have clearly demonstrated that amino acids, peptides and proteins are highly vulnerable to attack by various free radicals and related oxidants. After being attacked by free radicals, plasma proteins undergo oxidative modification to generate AOPPs (Advanced Oxidative Protein Products), which is attracting more and more attention as a sensitive indicator of oxidative stress. A series of studies have shown that AOPPs significantly increased in patients with chronic renal failure, which is not only a new indicator of oxidative stress reaction, but also a new type of uremic toxins.
