江苏省城镇供水协会五届四次理事会于2000年1月26日在南京召开。出席这次会议的有江苏省建委副主任张泉、城建处处长陆平、城建处副处长、省水协秘书长漆贯学、江苏省水协理事长车念国以及来自全省供水企业、节水办的理事、各处部负责人和镇江金钛软件有限公司的代表共70余人。会上,省水协副理事长、南京市自来水总公司吴庆生总经理致欢迎辞。张泉副主任作了重要讲话,他说:我省的城市供水事业在20世纪90年代得到了长足的发展,实现了三大转变。一是事业上从量的扩张向质的提高转变;二是观念上从计划经济模式向市场经济模式转变;三是服务上从官商作风向公仆意识转变。展望新世纪。我省供水行业具备良好的发展机遇,也面临着严峻的挑战。我省供水行业要紧紧抓住改革和发展的机遇,科学规划供水设施,合理配置水资源,推进区域供水的进程,解决部分重点地区地下水超采问题;要按照省政
The Fourth Session of the Fifth Session of the Jiangsu Water Supply Association was held in Nanjing on January 26, 2000. Present at the meeting were Zhang Quan, Deputy Director of the Jiangsu Provincial Construction Commission; Lu Ping, Director of the Urban Construction Department; Deputy Director of the Urban Construction Department; Secretary of the Provincial Water Association, Qiuguan Xue; Chairman of the Jiangsu Water Association, Che Nianguo; and Water Supply Enterprises from the Province. There are more than 70 representatives from the Board of Directors of the Water Saving Office, the heads of various departments, and Zhenjiang Gold Titanium Software Co., Ltd. At the meeting, the Deputy Director of the Provincial Water Association and General Manager of Nanjing Water Supply Corporation Wu Qingsheng delivered welcome remarks. Deputy Director Zhang Quan made an important speech. He said: The urban water supply industry in our province has achieved great development in the 1990s and achieved three major transformations. The first is the transformation from quantity expansion to quality improvement in business; the second is the shift from a planned economy model to a market economy model; and the third is a shift in service from government officials to public servants.
