项目审批阳光化。推进行政审批“两集中两到位”。窗口共受理审批事项647个,比去年增加14个,办理出件648个,办结率100%,项目单位满意率100%,没有发生违规审批现象。清理规范行政事业性收费,并及时在网上公示。改革投资项目审批制度,对建设投资项目前置审批条件进一步精简,审批流程进一步优化,实行并联审批、一站办结、一文批复。2015年,该市投资项目审批环节精简近三分之二,审批时间压缩了近四分之三。

In 2015, approval of investment projects in the city was streamlined by nearly two-thirds and approval time was reduced by nearly three-quarters.
