在原针入度法的基础上研制了评价雾化钻井用井壁稳定剂的改进型针入度法测试装置( MD 评价装置),提出用受试岩心的针入度测定值表达的岩心水化膨胀抑制率Ip 作为指标,来评价雾化钻井用井壁稳定剂。本文报道的研究结果表明,此评价方法消除了液体雾化量对针入度测定结果的影响,评价结果的可比性比原针入度法提高
