文章首先介绍了计算机网络技术在建筑节能领域的应用现状,并通过对建筑节能服务的主要工作内容及其特点的论述逐步提出应用计算机网络技术建立一套可以实现对众多建筑进行远程能源管理、节能控制和综合服务平台的设想,并提出了“云管理、云控制、云服务”的系统设计理念和面向“服务”的设计思想。这种远程集中管理和分布式本地控制的平台的建立,可最大限度地克服远程控制弊病并有效解决多建筑的远程管理的需求。该服务平台在供热系统量化管理的应用研究已成功申报了北京市科委科研课题。
