目的了解青岛市四方区居民对食盐摄入与高血压相关知识的认知情况及低盐膳食的态度和行为(KAP),为开展有效的健康教育和人群干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段随机整群抽样的方法抽取青岛市四方区18~69岁社区居民600名为调查对象,采用问卷调查的方法,进行人口学信息及食盐摄入与高血压相关知识、低盐膳食态度和行为的调查。结果 75.83%的居民知晓食盐摄入与高血压患病的关系,93.50%的居民赞成低盐饮食,有58.33%的居民知晓盐的摄入标准,使用过控盐勺和低钠盐的居民只占37.67%和15.50%。结论应在社区人群特别是高血压患者的健康教育中强调控盐的重要性,普及控盐措施。
Objective To understand the cognition of salt intake and hypertension-related knowledge and the attitude and behavior (KAP) of residents in Sifang district of Qingdao City on low-salt diet and to provide a scientific basis for effective health education and population intervention. Methods A total of 600 community residents from 18 to 69 years old in Sifang district of Qingdao city were sampled by multistage randomized cluster sampling method. The questionnaires were used to study the relationship between demographic information, knowledge of hypertension and hypertension, Survey of attitudes and behaviors. Results 75.83% of the residents knew about the relationship between salt intake and hypertension, 93.50% of residents supported the low-salt diet, 58.33% of the residents knew the salt intake, and those who used the salt control spoon and low sodium salt only Accounting for 37.67% and 15.50%. Conclusions The importance of salt control should be emphasized in the health education of the community population, especially the hypertensive patients, and the salt control measures should be popularized.
