0 前言 随着我国汽车工业的飞速发展,国外高新技术的不断引进,半圆翻边瓦得到广泛的应用。但这一轴瓦的成形加工技术并没有被我们所掌握,故我们对翻边轴瓦的卷圆工序进行了改进。 1 原有的两种加工方法 我厂过去生产的翻边瓦有两种加工方法:一种是在压力机上加工成形。该方法先将双金属板料按工艺要求落料、压弯成半圆瓦,然后用凹模、翻边压头等压力机上翻出止推边,每加工一对轴瓦需要冲压两次,翻转两次胎模才能完成(见图1),生产效率很低。由于止推边受到拉伸,瓦口受到挤压,故这两个部位易出现撕裂。造成废品率很高。
0 Foreword With the rapid development of China’s automobile industry, the continuous introduction of foreign high-tech, semi-circular flange tile has been widely used.
