本文介绍了超高性能混凝土小型道路桥梁的设计、工艺及施工。这些桥梁由预制的预应力混凝土梁与现浇普通混凝土面板组成。为了确定配合比设计、材料性能及其耐久性、研究具有混凝土桥面板和没有混凝土桥面板的预应力混凝土梁的受拉伸性能,进行了一些初步检测。通过测试含与不含纤维的预应力高性能混凝土梁实验分析,验证了钢纤维在结构等级中对均匀性和尺寸效应的影响作用。确定材料的结构性质以设计桥梁的终断面。本文还介绍了采用传统原材料和通用的生产技术配制高性能混凝土结构的工业可行性尝试。同时对使用钢纤维时的生产技术进行了评价。
This paper introduces the design, process and construction of ultra-high performance concrete small-sized road and bridge. These bridges consist of prefabricated prestressed concrete beams and cast-in-place concrete panels. In order to determine the mix design, material properties and durability, the tensile properties of prestressed concrete beams with concrete bridge deck and without concrete bridge deck were studied, and some preliminary tests were carried out. By testing the experimental analysis of prestressed high performance concrete beams with and without fibers, the effect of steel fiber on the uniformity and size effect in the structural grade was verified. Determine the structural properties of the material to design the final section of the bridge. This article also describes the industrial feasibility of using traditional raw materials and general manufacturing techniques to formulate high performance concrete structures. At the same time the use of steel fiber production technology was evaluated.
