目的观察一种复方氯己定表面消毒液的消毒相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验方法,对该复方氯己定消毒液杀菌效果和毒性进行实验研究。结果该复方消毒液原液含葡萄糖酸氯己定2 250mg/L,乙醇含量为体积分数10%。以该复方消毒液原液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用10 min,杀灭对数值均>5.00。用该消毒液浸泡织物10 min,对布载体上金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值均>3.00。用该消毒液擦拭物体表面作用10 min,对自然菌的杀灭对数值均>1.00。该消毒液对小鼠急性经口毒性试验,LD50均>5 000 mg/kg(体重),对家兔皮肤无刺激性,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞未发现微核作用。结论该复方消毒液对细菌繁殖体具有较好的杀灭效果,属于无毒级物质,对完整皮肤无刺激,无致微核作用。
Objective To observe the disinfection-related performance of a compound chlorhexidine surface disinfectant. Methods The bactericidal effect and toxicity of chlorhexidine antiseptic solution of this compound were experimentally studied by the method of suspension quantitative sterilization and animal toxicity test. Results The compound disinfectant solution containing chlorhexidine gluconate 2 250mg / L, the ethanol content of 10% volume fraction. The compound disinfectant stock solution on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli for 10 min, the killing logarithm values were> 5.00. Soak the fabrics with this disinfectant for 10 min, the killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus on the cloth was> 3.00. The sterilizing liquid wipe the surface of the object for 10 min, the killing of natural bacteria logarithmic values were> 1.00. The disinfectant in mice acute oral toxicity test, LD50> 5000 mg / kg (body weight), no irritation to rabbit skin, mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronuclei were not found. Conclusion The compound disinfectant has a good killing effect on bacterial propagules. It belongs to non-toxic substances and has no irritation to the intact skin and no micronuclei.
