介绍水平钻井中的多底井技术、地质导向技术、高级钻头和钻具、新颖的短半径钻具以及小井眼钻井系统方面的新技术。多底水平井可降低钻井成本的20%~30%,使海上平台的大小及数量减小50%。地质导向钻具利用随钻测井仪,能精确地引导井眼的走向,避开水和天然气等地下障碍,显著地提高水平井的产油率。改进后的PDC钻头、TSP钻头及大功率新型动力钻具,可使水平钻井钻速提高2~3倍。新颖的短半径(12~30m)动力钻井系统可较快地钻出水平段为305~457m的水平井。新的小井眼钻井系统可在144mm的套管上侧钻出92mm的水平井和多底水平井。以上新技术将明显扩大水平钻井的应用范围。
Introducing new technologies for multi-well technology in horizontal drilling, geosteering technology, advanced drill bits and drill tools, novel short radius drill tools, and slimhole drilling systems. Multi-bottom horizontal wells can reduce drilling costs by 20% to 30%, reducing the size and number of offshore platforms by 50%. Geologically oriented drilling tools use logging-while-drilling tools to accurately guide the direction of the wellbore, avoid underground obstacles such as water and gas, and significantly increase horizontal well productivity. Improved PDC bit, TSP bit and high-power new type of power drill, drilling horizontal drilling can be increased by 2 to 3 times. The novel short-radius (12 ~ 30m) dynamic drilling system can quickly drill horizontal wells with a horizontal section of 305-457m. The new slimhole drilling system drills 92mm horizontal and multi-bottom horizontal wells on the upper 144mm casing. The above new technologies will significantly expand the scope of application of horizontal drilling.
