嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿较少见，病程缓慢，病变貌似炎症又非炎症，似肿瘤又确无肿瘤的病理学证据，易误诊误治。现将北京同仁医院耳鼻咽喉一头颈外科、口腔科及外科1982年5月～1997年12月诊治的8例嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿进行分析，8例均为男性，平均年龄32岁（10～60岁），病程4个月～3年 Eosinophilic lymphogranuloma is rare, the course of the disease is slow, the lesion looks like inflammation and non-inflammation.
