基于方程分析法,推导了矩阵形式的多自由度系统模型试验动力相似准则,进而建立了转子变态模型与原型的动力相似关系,探讨了转子变态模型与原型的动力相似性,并通过实例仿真分析验证了理论分析的正确性,最后对转子进行了激振试验研究。研究表明,转子变态模型与原型满足动力相似,且其固有频率会随着变态率的增大而减小,适当选取变态率,可使其具有相对较低的固有频率;转子变态模型的临界转速比正态模型低得多,其试验研究所需的驱动转速也较低,特别适用于基于转子试验台的模型试验研究。该研究结果为转子系统的动力学特性研究提供了试验依据。
Based on the method of equation analysis, the matrix similarity criterion of multi-degree-of-freedom system model test in the form of matrix is deduced. Then the dynamic similarity between the rotor metamorphosis model and the prototype is established, and the dynamic similarity between the rotor metamorphosis model and the prototype is discussed. The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified. Finally, the rotor vibration test is carried out. The results show that the rotor metamorphosis model is similar to the prototype in that it satisfies the motive force and its natural frequency will decrease with the increase of the metamorphosis rate. Proper selection of the metamorphism rate can make it have a relatively low natural frequency. The critical speed of the rotor metamorphosis model It is much lower than the normal model and its driving speed required for the experimental research is also low. It is especially suitable for the model test research based on the rotor test bench. The research results provide the experimental basis for the study of the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system.
