利用CFD对空调轴流风机周围空气流动状态进行仿真求解,获得轴流风机在空调室外机风道系统中的一些性能预测。以不同出口静压绘制出风机特性曲线,得到风机产生的风量和全压。结合空调室外机负载和电机参数,最终得到风机的效率。取风叶不同半径基元级位置得到其对空气做功的大小以及流动状态。获取风叶在室外机中的效率,并考虑导流圈上压力脉动的大小,对风叶表现出的性能和噪声水平做出正确的预估。研究结果为风叶的优化设计和结构选型提供依据。
CFD is used to simulate the air flow around the air-conditioning axial fan, and some performance prediction of the axial fan in the outdoor air-conditioning system is obtained. Draw the fan characteristic curve with different outlet static pressure and get the air volume and total pressure generated by the fan. Combined with the outdoor air conditioner load and motor parameters, the final fan efficiency. Take the different radius of the leaf-level position to get the size of the air doing work and the flow of state. Obtain the efficiency of the blades in the outdoor unit and take into account the magnitude of the pressure pulsations on the guide ring to make a correct estimate of the performance and noise level exhibited by the blades. The results provide the basis for the optimal design and structure selection of the blades.
