随着社会经济发展和中外餐饮企业之间人员、管理模式的不断融合,中餐企业逐渐改变传统经营模式,向连锁化、产业化、集团化和信息化的方向进行转变。电子信息技术的运用可以使餐饮连锁企业达到一个全新的层次,实现从“粗放型”到“高效型”的飞跃。本文认为,电子信息技术在餐饮连锁企业管理中的运用,首先必须实现管理思想与技术的统一,其次是企业的信息化必须向国际标准靠拢,三是要不断提升企业的技术含量。
With the continuous social and economic development and the integration of personnel and management modes between Chinese and foreign catering enterprises, Chinese food enterprises gradually change their traditional business models and make changes in the direction of chain-link, industrialization, collectivization and informatization. The use of electronic information technology can make food chain enterprises reach a whole new level, from “extensive” to “efficient” leap. This paper argues that the use of electronic information technology in the restaurant chain management, we must first realize the unity of management thinking and technology, followed by the information technology companies must move closer to international standards, the third is to constantly improve the technological content of enterprises.
