目的:观察血液灌流治疗尿毒症顽固性皮肤瘙痒的疗效,提高尿毒症患者生存质量。方法:选择32例尿毒症合并顽固性皮肤瘙痒的患者,采用河北省廊坊市爱尔血液净化器材厂生产一次性血液灌流器ZX-150型,使用德国产费森尤斯F4008S血液透析机治疗。结果:17例皮肤瘙痒症状基本消失,7例皮肤瘙痒症状明显减轻,8例症状减轻不明显。结论:血液灌流能够有效清除体内因肾功能损伤而不能清除的一些中大分子毒素,有效地缓解了尿毒症的一些远期并发症,改善了维持性血液透析患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of hemoperfusion on intractable pruritus of uremia and to improve the quality of life of patients with uremia. Methods: Thirty-two patients with uremia and intractable skin pruritus were selected. A disposable blood perfusion device ZX-150 was produced by Langfang Aier Blood Purification Equipment Factory in Hebei Province. Fresenius F4008S hemodialysis machine was used in Germany. Results: The symptoms of pruritus disappeared in 17 cases, the symptoms of skin pruritus in 7 cases were relieved, and the alleviation of symptoms in 8 cases was not obvious. Conclusion: Hemoperfusion can effectively remove some of the macro-toxins that can not be removed due to renal dysfunction and effectively alleviate some long-term complications of uremia and improve the quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients, which is worth popularizing and applying.
