中等职业学校在教授数控铣编程和操作的时候,大多书本是其主要参考的资料,学生大多掌握的也都是书本上的知识,而对于实际操作和控制零件精度方面掌握不够,教师对这方面讲述的也比较少,因此学生往往能够加工出的形状较少、尺寸也会有所偏离。因为基本技能掌握的不扎实,使得学生在以后的工作中难以胜任。对于精度略高的零部件加工便显得力不从心。笔者正是基于此,加上多年的教学经验,对这些问题谈谈自己的心得。
