目的了解衢州市非生产性农药中毒的特点,为农药中毒防治提供科学依据。方法对衢州市2006年-2015年非生产性农药中毒病例进行汇总统计,使用SPSS 18.0软件进行分析。结果衢州市2006年-2015年共报非生产性农药中毒2 914例,死亡168例,死亡率为5.77%,自服病死率(7.03%)高于误服病死率(1.94%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=25.95,P<0.01);中毒者男女之比是1∶1.05,主要集中在35岁~44岁;全年均有病例发生,误服病死率第2、第3季度高于第1、第4季度,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.56,P<0.05);全市6个县区中江山市报告病例数最多,共上报645例(22.13%),开化县病死率最高,为10.90%。结论衢州市非生产性农药中毒危害严重,以自服农药为主,有关部门应加强监管,制定有效的控制措施。
Objective To understand the characteristics of non-productive pesticide poisoning in Quzhou and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of pesticide poisoning. Methods The summary statistics of unproductive pesticide poisoning cases in Quzhou from 2006 to 2015 were analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 software. Results A total of 2 914 cases of nonproductive pesticide poisoning were reported in Quzhou City from 2006 to 2015, with 168 deaths, the mortality rate was 5.77%. The self-serving mortality rate (7.03%) was higher than that of the unhealthy service (1.94%), with a difference of Statistical significance (χ ~ 2 = 25.95, P <0.01). The ratio of male to female poisoning was 1: 1.05, mainly concentrated in the range of 35 to 44. The number of cases was all year round and the fatality rate was 2 and 3 There was a significant difference between the first quarter and the fourth quarter (χ ~ 2 = 4.56, P <0.05). In Zhongjiang Mountain of the six districts and counties in the city, 645 cases (22.13%) were reported, County highest case fatality rate was 10.90%. Conclusion Quzhou City, non-productive pesticide poisoning serious harm to their own pesticides, the relevant departments should strengthen supervision and effective control measures.
