随着社会经济的发展,人们的生活水平逐渐提高,但是随之而来的环境问题也逐渐增多,在环境保护工作中,环境影响评价是其重要的手段和措施。做好环境监测影响评价工作,有利于提高环境的质量,推动我国的可持续发展。本文阐释了目前我国环境影响评价法律制度中存在的问题,并提出了健全环境影响评价法律制度的措施。
