目的:探讨根本原因分析法在提高科室备用药质量管理中的作用。方法:2013年10月应用根本原因分析法加强对科室备用药管理,改进调查过程中存在的缺陷,观察比较根本原因分析法前后基数不符、剂量错误、效期顺序不符、存储方式错误、标示不清、药品混放缺陷率,护理人员备药相关知识及备用药管理质量评分的差异。结果:根本原因分析法实施后剂量错误、效期顺序不符、存储方式错误、标示不清、药品混放缺陷率均明显低于实施前,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);根本原因分析法实施后护理人员备药相关知识及备用药管理质量评分均明显高于实施前,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:根本原因分析法可提高科室备用药质量管理水平,降低剂量错误、标示不清、效期顺序不符等缺陷率,提高护理人员相关知识。
Objective: To explore the role of root cause analysis in improving quality control of departmental drug candidates. Methods: In October 2013, the root cause analysis was used to strengthen the administration of spare drug in the department and to improve the shortcomings in the investigation. The inconsistent radix before and after the root cause analysis was observed, the dose was wrong, the order of validity was not consistent, the storage method was wrong, Qing, the rate of drug mixing and blemishes, the knowledge of nursing staff preparation and management of drug quality scores of differences. Results: After the implementation of the root cause analysis, the dose errors, the order of validity, the wrong storage methods and the unclear labeling were all significantly lower than those before implementation (P <0.05). The root cause analysis After the implementation of nursing staff preparation medicine related knowledge and reserve quality management scores were significantly higher than before the implementation, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The root cause analysis method can improve the quality control of departmental drug preparation, reduce the defect rate such as incorrect dosage, unclear labeling, inconsistent validity order, and improve the knowledge of nurses.
