在大豆的整个生育阶段——从幼苗到成熟,真菌中的镰刀菌属(Fusarium)和壳球孢属(Macrophomina),对大豆有独特的危害性。在目前的工作中,已提出大豆抗立枯病、根灰腐病和枯萎病的育种结果。人们在人工和自然的侵染环境中研究育种材料,在温室和田间用人工创造的侵染环境中,主要注意的是稳定形式的鉴定和选择,但同时考虑到在自然侵染性环境中育成作物病菌的分布量和危害程度。在人工创造的侵染环境中,注意到在克拉斯诺达尔地区遍及的不同系病原体的致病力和在自然条件下它们的关系。并且注意到引起根腐病的主要形式是F·gibbosum App·et Wz·emend Bilai.
