本文介绍一种以非晶态磁性合金带为敏感材料的脉冲感应型磁场传感器,其工作原理以非晶态磁性合金带的磁性与环境磁场强度的相关特性为基础。由于最大限度地减少了有源模拟元件的数量,它具有结构简单,灵敏度高(21V/mT),热稳定性好(0.008μT/℃)的优点,可以广泛应用于无损检测、工业计量等领域。
In this paper, a pulse induction magnetic field sensor based on amorphous magnetic alloy tape is introduced. Its working principle is based on the correlation between the magnetic properties of the amorphous magnetic alloy tape and the magnetic field strength of the environment. It has the advantages of simple structure, high sensitivity (21V / mT) and good thermal stability (0.008μT / ℃) because it minimizes the number of active analog components and can be widely used in nondestructive testing, industrial measurement and other fields .
