利用不同能量(20、30、40 kev)和不同注入次数(30、60、90次)的N~+、H~+离子注入稻麦种子,研究离子注入对稻麦种苗形态生理的影响,结果表明上述不同处理对麦苗地上部分生长无明显抑制作用,但对其根系发育品种之间有不同的反应。而以30kev N~+离子注入稻种60次,对稻谷及脱壳米粒有明显的刻蚀作用,用ESR电子自旋共振仪分析自由基波谱发现有很强的自由基信号峰。
Rice seeds were infused with N + and H + ions of different energy (20,30,40 kev) and different implantation times (30,60,90 times) to study the effects of ion implantation on morphological and physiological characteristics of rice and wheat seedlings. The results showed that the above treatments did not significantly inhibit the growth of wheat shoots, but had different responses to the root development varieties. However, the rice seeds were infused 60 times with 30kev N ~ + ions, which had obvious etching effect on rice and shelling rice grains. There was a strong signal peak of free radicals by ESR electron spin resonance spectroscopy.
