随着煤炭工业采煤机械化的迅速发展,胶带输送机的运量、长度及其所需的功率也在不断增加,而目前我国已生产的防爆型电机的最大功率仅100kW,所以胶带输送机采用多机联合驱动的方式将日益增加。但在采用多机驱动时,由于电机外特性的差异、传动滚筒直径的制造误差,和胶带弹性伸长率的不同等多种因素,往往造成电机负载功率的不平衡,这样势必影响整个输送机能力的发挥,严重时甚至导致电机超载运行而烧毁电机。为此我们研制了新的电子控制和微机控制两种多机驱动电机功率平衡控制系统,该系统能在胶带输送机多机驱动中随时检测
