62SP齿轮箱联结液压泵的输出轴上轴承发生了损坏,而轴承的设计计算、安装方法、密封和润滑及产品质量都满足使用要求,对齿轮箱拆解后检测,损坏轴承的输出轴两端轴承孔的同轴度达到应用要求,轴承的外圈与轴承座孔及挡肩产生了滑动摩擦,经过分析可知,轴承出现了异常温升,内部不存在游隙,导致轴承保持架折断,内外圈滚道发生挤压塑性变形,最终产生轴承损坏,齿轮箱不能正常运转。齿轮箱内的轴承设计时一般选用普通游隙,在特殊工况下,必须计算轴承工作时的游隙是否满足使用要求。
