近年来,国际油价的飞涨,全球已进入高油价时代,能源安全正在成为一个关系到国计民生和影响到中国整体经济可持续增长的关键性问题。从当前的国内外局势来看,中国面临的主要是石油供应安全问题。由于对进口能源产品依赖的日益增加,我国政府应采取一系列提高能源供应安全的措施,通过政府、社会和民间的共同努力,确保在能源安全形势愈发紧张的新世纪保障我国的能源安全。
In recent years, with soaring international oil prices, the world has entered a period of high oil prices. Energy security is becoming a key issue that affects the national economy and the people’s livelihood and affects the sustainable growth of China’s economy as a whole. From the current situation at home and abroad, China is facing the problem of oil supply security. Due to the increasing reliance on imported energy products, our government should take a series of measures to improve energy supply security. Through the joint efforts of the government, society and the private sector, we must ensure that our energy security is safeguarded in the new century when the energy security situation is getting more and more tense.
