在汽车、拖拉机上,为了防止换档后脱档,在实际生产中常使用渐开线钩齿花键,这种花键的分度圆展开图如图1所示。换档时移动齿轮从左向右,使其花键孔与花键结合,完成换档。图1中半径为R的圆弧是为了换档方便,斜角β形成钩齿,钩齿也称倒锥齿或小锥度齿,防止脱档。对于钩齿花键,产品规定控制端面上的齿厚或齿槽宽的尺寸,但端面上的齿是虚的,无法直接测量。在实际生产中,我们采用间接方法进行测量。 1.测量方法将花键放在平板上,在花键槽内对称放入两个直径为d_p的量球,用公法线千分尺测出圆球跨距M,用M值间接控制齿厚或齿槽宽如图2和图3所示。
