采用家兔失血性休克/再灌注模型(S/R),观察损伤后血浆中一氧化氮(NO)终代谢产物的改变及磷脂酶A_2阻断剂氯喹及其同类合成药磷酸萘酚喹、抗氧化剂黄芪酮治疗对其的影响。结果表明S/R后24h内血浆含量逐渐下降同血pH值及二氧化碳结合力TCO_2下降有正相关;应用磷脂酶A_2阻断剂和抗氧化剂可在一定程度上阻断的减少,且对维持体内酸碱平衡有一定作用。
