目的观察虫卵经氰氨化钙合成药物作用后的形态改变,为进一步研究氰氨化钙合成药物杀灭血吸虫虫卵作用机理提供依据。方法向含有血吸虫虫卵的阳性牛粪中加入氰氨化钙合成药物并搅拌,模拟野粪自然形态堆放于洲滩上;同时设空白对照。于1、2、3、7 d后分别取样,收集血吸虫虫卵,于显微镜下观察虫卵形态。结果虫卵经氰氨化钙合成药物作用后,颜色逐步加深,毛蚴萎缩,卵壳变厚,3 d后胚膜不完整,7 d后毛蚴严重变形;对照组毛蚴未见明显萎缩。结论氰氨化钙合成药物对虫卵胚膜及毛蚴有损伤作用,且随时间延长而损伤加重。
OBJECTIVE To observe morphological changes of the eggs after they were treated with calciumcyanamide synthetic drugs to provide basis for further study on the mechanism of action of sodium cyanamide synthetic drugs to kill the eggs of schistosomiasis. Methods To positive cow manure containing Schistosoma japonicum eggs were added with sodium cyanamide synthetic drugs and stirred to simulate the natural form of wild manure deposited on the beach. At the same time, a blank control was set. After 1, 2, 3 and 7 days, samples were collected and collected for schistosomiasis eggs. Morphology of the eggs was observed under a microscope. Results After the eggs were treated with calciumcyanide, the color gradually deepened, the spores of the eggs were shrunken, the eggshell was thickened, and the embryo membrane was incomplete after 3 days. The miracles were seriously deformed after 7 days, while the control group had no obvious shrinkage. Conclusion Cyanamidate synthetic drugs have damaging effects on the embryo and miracidia of the insect eggs, and they are aggravated with time.
