血浆组织纤溶酶原激活剂.(tissue plasminogen ac-tivator,t-PA)和纤溶酶原激活剂抑制剂(plasminogenactivator inhibitor,PAI)在纤溶系统的活化过程中起着重要作用.PA是纤溶过程的主要启动因子,并在纤溶系统的激活中占有重要的地应:PAI则是PA的主要抑制因子,两者之间的平衡对维持正常的血液流动有着重要的作用.我们对13例正常儿和10例胰岛素依赖性糖尿病(IDDM)患儿的皿浆t-PA和PAI水平进行测定,旨在对IDDM患儿纤溶活性准一观察,报道如下:
