目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶 -9(MMP -9)在胃癌发展、浸润和转移中的作用。方法 应用免疫组织化学法检测 42例胃癌前病变和 5 2例胃癌组织中VEGF和MMP -9表达情况。结果 VEGF随胃癌的发展阳性率逐渐增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,侵及浆膜层组VEGF阳性率显著高于未侵及浆膜层组 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,淋巴结转移组显著高于无淋巴结转移组 (P <0 .0 5 )。MMP -9随胃癌的发展阳性率逐渐增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,侵及浆膜层组MMP -9表达率高于未侵及浆膜组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,淋巴结转移组MMP -9表达率显著高于无淋巴结转移组 (P<0 .0 5 )。VEGF和MMP -9表达关系密切 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 VEGF和MMP -9均参与胃癌的发展、浸润和转移 ,可作为了解胃癌的生物学行为和判断预后的指标
Objective To investigate the role of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in the development, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VEGF and MMP-9 in 42 cases of gastric precancerous lesions and 52 cases of gastric carcinoma. Results The positive rate of VEGF was gradually increased with the development of gastric cancer (P <0.05). The positive rate of VEGF in invasive serosal layer was significantly higher than that in non-invasive serosal layer (P <0.05), lymph node metastasis Group was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The positive rate of MMP-9 gradually increased with the development of gastric cancer (P <0.05), the expression of MMP-9 in serosal invasion group was higher than that in non-invasion serosa group (P <0.05), lymph node metastasis The expression of MMP-9 was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). VEGF and MMP-9 expression were closely related (P <0.05). Conclusions Both VEGF and MMP-9 are involved in the development, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer, which may serve as an index for understanding the biological behavior and prognosis of gastric cancer
