目的:调查分析辽宁省农村育龄妇女药物流产率的影响因素,为更好地开展计划生育工作提供依据。方法:采取多阶段整群随机抽样的方法抽取辽宁省6个项目示范县11500名18～45周岁的农村育龄妇女,对其一般特征、婚育情况、药物流产情况进行问卷调查。结果:6个县育龄妇女药物流产率7.0%;不同年龄组药物流产率不同,以25～29岁和30～34岁年龄段为高,分别为9.4%和9.7%;不同县之间药物流产率不同,大洼县最高(11.3%),建平县最低(2.0%);汉族药物流产率较其他民族低,为6.5%;高中及以上文化程度者最高(8.1%);不同结婚年数药物流产率不同,以结婚5～9年最高(10.2%);随着妊娠次数的增加,药物流产率也增加,妊娠≥4次药物流产率最高(36.5%)。结论:年龄、地区、文化程度、结婚年数、妊娠次数等是育龄妇女药物流产率的影响因素。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of medical abortion rate of rural women of childbearing age in Liaoning Province, and provide the basis for better carrying out family planning work. Methods: A total of 11,500 rural women of childbearing age from 18 to 45 years old in 6 demonstration counties of Liaoning Province were sampled by multistage cluster sampling method, and their general characteristics, marital status and medical abortion were investigated by questionnaire. Results: The abortion rate of women of childbearing age in 6 counties was 7.0%. The abortion rates of different age groups were different, accounting for 9.4% and 9.7% respectively in the age groups of 25-29 and 30-34 years old. The medical abortion among different counties (11.3%) in Dawa County and 2.0% (lowest) in Jianping County. Han medicine abortion rate was 6.5% lower than that of other ethnic groups, and the highest among those with high school and above education level was 8.1% The miscarriage rate varied from 5 to 9 years (10.2%). With the increase of the number of pregnancy, the abortion rate also increased. The rate of miscarriage was the highest (36.5%) in 4 times of pregnancy. Conclusion: Age, region, educational level, number of years of marriage and number of pregnancy are the influencing factors of abortion rate in women of childbearing age.
