Such a diet and heavy burden of work made them feel dizzy， and they had to lean on the wall to stand up. After some time， all the staff members looked yellow and black and had no energy to work. The boss was kicked off from his position and the company went bankrupt. Was it related to that he liked to make people lose weight？ I guess yes.
I know you all think it is a bullshit novel of CEO， but it is not， it is real.

来，我们理性点儿，健康减肥，反对绝食。减肥最健康的途径无非一是运动，二是调节饮食。过节期间大鱼大肉多了，多吃水果蔬菜，均衡饮食，绝对是好选择。前两天有同事海淘了减肥圣物——酵素，但网上有人质疑酵素冲剂里面可能添加了泻药……于是她放弃了。 关于酵素的利弊，网络上已经有了很多的科普，这种源自日本的饮品，虽然是酶，但是它并不能通过被饮用而成为人体当中的酶。所以酵素并没有商家吹捧的那么神奇。那么酵素是不是对减肥毫无效果？其实，换个角度来想，酵素当中含有大量的乳酸菌，平时喜欢买乳酸菌饮料减肥的朋友们，这就是天然无添加剂的乳酸菌饮料啊，你说有没有用？自己制作酵素，就不用担心有人给你下泻药啦，不过自制酵素，最好还是购买正规商家的专门酵素桶，以保证安全卫生。

1. To prepare the materials： take our enzyme bucket as an example， there should be 1 kilograms of fresh fruit （this time we choose apple， pitaya and orange）， 700 grams of white sugar and 6 litres of mineral water.
准备材料：以我们使用的酵素桶为例，1kg左右新鲜水果（这次我们选用了苹果、火龙果、橙子）、700g白糖、6L纯净水。
2. Wash the fruit and cut it into pieces.
洗净水果，并切成块。
3. Put the pieces of fruit， white sugar and water into the clean enzyme bucket and stir it quickly.
把水果块、白糖和水，全部倒进干净的酵素桶里，迅速拌匀。
4. Put the lid on and open it and stir for one time every morning and night.
盖上盖子。每天早晚各开盖搅拌一次。
5. Enzymes will let out gas， and when lots of foam appear on the surface and there this no smell of alcohol， the fermentation is finished. For your reference， it took us 5 days.
酵素会产生气体，当表面出现大量泡沫，且闻起来没有酒味的时候，就算发酵完毕了。这次我们花了五天时间，大家可用作参考。
6. Put the fermented enzymes in a beverage bottle and put it in the refrigerator， it can be kept for a week.
将发酵好的酵素，装进饮料瓶子里，放在冰箱保存，可以保存一周左右。
It is our finished product. The pink homemade enzyme is very cheerful. It tastes sticky， sour and sweet and a little bit like vinasse （this is my personal opinion）.
